My name is Ivonne and I am a Certified Holistic Nutrition Health Coach. A graduate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, nothing makes me happier than to help people reach their health goals. I sincerely care about your well-being. I want you to know that you are not alone in your journey to optimal health and staying healthy. Wether you are dealing with health challenges, weight management, want to increase your productivity, or just want to feel better overall, I am here to make sure I provide you with the tools, guidance, support and accountability you need to reach your health goals. My approach is assertive, yet gentle and encouraging. Together as a team, we explore all areas of your life to create a plan that helps you be your best self as a whole. I believe that there is more to excellent health than the food we eat or how much we exercise. It wasn't until I made that connection, that I began my own journey to optimal health, joy and happiness.

A  Holistic Health Coach spends time with you to figure out what your personal health and wellness issues are, how they come together, and how they affect you holistically. After an initial assessment, a Health Coach can develop a customized plan to help you attain better health. Wether you want to loose weight, sleep better, reduce stress, make better food and lifestyle choices, or improve a specific health issue, a Health Coach can support you in various ways throughout the process depending on your needs.
