My name is Ivonne and I am a Certified Holistic Nutrition Health Coach. A graduate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, nothing makes me happier than to help people reach their health goals. I sincerely care about your well-being. I want you to know that you are not alone in your journey to health. I know what is like to be unhealthy and how awesome it feels to regain your health. Wether you are dealing with illness or just want to feel better overall, I am here to make sure I provide you with the tools, guidance, support and accountability you need to reach your health goals. My approach is assertive, yet gentle and encouraging. Together as a team, we explore all areas of your life to create a plan that helps you be your best self as a whole. I believe that there is more to health than the food we eat or how much we exercise. It wasn't until I made that connection, that I began my own journey to complete health, joy and happiness.
